1. Data we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect the information needed to fulfil it: name, email address, delivery address and payment confirmation. When you contact our plant experts, we keep the conversation history so we can help you better over time.

2. How we use it

Your data is used exclusively to process orders, deliver plants, provide customer and plant-care support, and — only if you opt in — send our newsletter. We never sell or rent personal data to third parties.

3. Storage and security

Data is hosted within the European Union and retained only as long as legally required for commercial records. Access is restricted to the staff who need it to serve you. Web fonts and all site assets are served locally — no third-party CDN receives your visit data.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, rectify, export or erase your personal data at any time, and object to or restrict its processing. Write to privacy@verdyva.example and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
