1. Orders and prices

All prices are shown in euros, VAT included, with delivery free across the European Union. An order is confirmed once payment is accepted; you receive a confirmation email with your order summary.

2. The 90-day plant guarantee

Every plant is guaranteed for 90 days from delivery. If your plant arrives damaged or declines despite normal care with its self-watering pot, we replace it free of charge. Contact us with a photo and your order number.

3. Living products

Plants are living goods: size, shape and leaf count vary naturally from the photos shown. Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to perishable goods; our 90-day guarantee applies instead.

4. Gift cards

Digital gift cards are delivered by email, never expire, and are redeemable on the entire catalogue. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
